LEMON GINGER HERBAL TEA

How to brew: Make this herbal tea by scooping 1.5 tsp of tea for every 8 oz of water. Next, pour your 208 degree water over the tea. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea pieces and enjoy your cup.

If you haven’t tried tapioca pearls (also known as boba) in your boba tea drink ( also know as bubble tea), you can’t fully claim to have tasted authentic bubble tea. The unique chewiness of tapioca pearls comes from tapioca starch, making boba tea not just a drink but also a delightful treat you can savor.
Use a 1:10 ratio of tapioca pearls to water (such as 100g of tapioca pearls to 1000 cc of water ) . After tapioca pearls are cooked, you can enhance their flavor by using various sweetener like liquid sugar (fructose and cane sugar)
